Everton have agreed to pay the club’s highest transfer fee €16.5 million after the Portuguese club Sporting rejected their offer of €15 million for the 21 year old Portuguese star.

However, Sporting have set a €25 million price tag on their captain and are reportedly ready to reject Everton’s new offer as it continues being shy of their own valuation.
